Sending your images by FTP
Here are the basic steps for sending your image by FTP. (File Transfer Protocol)
1. Prepare your image
2. Please add your contact information using the "file info" box or use IPTC captioning if you have it. We need your name, address, telephone no, email adddress and the size of print you require and the print finish. You can email this information separately if you want.
3. Save it at as high a setting as you can. Use JPEG, TIFF or Photoshop format.
4. Using an FTP program such as Fetch use the following information to connect to our server.
HOST: pixworx.co.uk
USER NAME: u35188475-guest
PASSWORD: printme1
4. Once you are connected select the file you want printed and download the file.
5. If your contact details are not IPTC captioned then remember to e-mail your name and print requirements. If you don't we won't know who has sent in a file.
